In response to this issue, Joyn Digital developed an online psychometric assessment platform. This platform had the capability of developing customized tests with simple to complex questions and case studies, as well as automated marking.
Results
The assessment of more than 250 candidates for Pakistan State Oil (PSO) was conducted successfully nationwide simultaneously, with results available immediately with no errors. The advantages of this solution included flexibility in developing the tests, questions structure and marking criteria, as well as a significant reduction in manual work (manhours reduced from 15 days to 2 days) and a 60% saving in cost. This solution provided customer satisfaction and 100% transparency.
